By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not register.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You agree not to share your account or allow others to access it on your behalf. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use QuickChat to:
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
- Share illegal, obscene, or hateful content.
- Impersonate another person or organisation.
- Spam, phish, or distribute malware.
4. Privacy
Your messages are stored to provide the service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Profile information you make public (display name, profile picture) is visible to other users on the platform.
5. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you post. By sending messages or uploading files you grant QuickChat a limited licence to store and display that content solely to deliver the service to you and your recipients.
6. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
QuickChat is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data or service interruptions.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of QuickChat after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
